Gary W. Schell

Gary Schell is a Marine Corps infantry veteran who served from 2011–2016 with 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, deploying to both the Pacific and the Middle East. Following his service, he continued supporting national security as a U.S. government contractor in Kuwait for the DoD until 2018.

Gary earned his bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and master’s degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Arizona State University, where he also spearheaded the coordination of the Veterans Scholar Program. His professional career has included leadership roles such as infantry squad leader in the Marine Corps, Deputy Chief of Security for the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs and Senior Security Analyst for Raytheon. Along side of his professional career, Gary founded Bravo Company Rentals LLC, a residential real estate investment company that has over $1 million of assets under management. 

Gary now serves as the founder and Chairman of the Home of Record Project. Under his leadership the HRP has raised over $150k in funding, assisted over 35 veterans avoid homelessness, and has 18 volunteers dedicated to ending veterans homelessness.
