Cindy Quenneville
Board Member
Cindy Quenneville is a seasoned nonprofit executive and board leader with more than two decades of experience driving organizational growth, community impact, and fiscal stewardship. She has served as CEO and Executive Director across multiple nonprofits—including HomeAid Phoenix, Heidi’s Village, Sojourner Center, A New Leaf, and the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS—overseeing budgets ranging from $5M to $20M and leading teams of up to 250 employees.
Throughout her career, Cindy has been recognized for her expertise in strategic planning, board development, grant acquisition, fundraising, and community partnerships. She has successfully secured millions in private, government, and foundation funding, launched innovative community health and housing projects, and guided organizations through complex transitions such as mergers and large-scale capital developments. In addition to her executive roles, Cindy has a strong record of board service, including Vice Chair and Chair of the First Things First North Regional Board, Treasurer of ValleyLife, and Director with the Andy Hull Sunshine Foundation.
She is also active with the Maricopa Family Support Alliance and has been honored with multiple leadership awards for her service. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kaplan University. She brings to every role a deep commitment to mission-driven leadership, community advancement, and collaborative governance.
